Terms of Service - Church Asset Tracking System

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Church Asset Tracking System, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Beta Phase & Lifetime Free Access

Churches that sign up during the official Beta period are eligible for "Lifetime Free Access".

Definition: "Lifetime Free Access" means that the church account will not be charged a subscription fee for the features included in the Ministry Tier (including AI Smart Search, unlimited assets, and hierarchical organization), for the duration of the service's existence. We reserve the right to introduce new, premium features in the future that may require a separate fee, but the core features as defined in the Ministry Tier at the time of signup will remain free for beta participants.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes related to church management and stewardship. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". ChurchTechApps.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

5. Modifications to Terms
